Apartment 1 – bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, balcony, and entrance hall. It is air-conditioned, with heating provided during the pre-season and post-season. It features satellite TV, a refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, and internet access. The rental includes kitchenware, bed linen, and towels. Parking is available in front of the property, and there is a barbecue in the garden for preparing meat and fish dishes (shared use).

The apartment has a sea view. Pets are welcome. Boat mooring is available.

Payment is made with a 30% advance deposit, while the remaining balance is payable in cash on the day of arrival at the property. Price upon request!
